NoTE

These are all genuine photos of our work

We can achieve great results on just about any BBQ, not matter how old or well used. However, it is not possible to clean every BBQ back to pristine condition.

Please Note:

While we endeavour to remove all grease, burnt-on food and cooking stains, sometimes there are some that simply cannot be erased. We will make that judgement call based upon our experience so as not to cause damage to your BBQ; however on occasion even a gentle clean will remove some transfers from the front. Some metals in some grills discolour over time due to the high heats generated while grilling, from weather damage and age. This is a change of colour in the actual metal and cannot be reversed. Rarely, clients may notice what appear to be tiny surface scratches after cleaning, particularly on the hood in bright sunlight - we clean the outside of your grill to a very high polish which helps protect it from the elements and this can reveal the natural surface of the steel, noticeable on bright sunny days. This is normally invisible even with the slightest build up of dust or dirt. The hood is not scratched - it is normal weathering/wear and tear to your BBQ.
